Can I renew or manage an existing license with the Town of Dillon through GovOS?
GovOS will be providing Short Term Rental Licensing services through this platform. The town of Dillon has moved Business License management to an alternative system. If you need assistance with Business Licensing please contact the town. 
Can I pay my Taxes to the Town of Dillon through GovOS?

   GovOS will be providing tax collection services to the Town of Dillon starting at the end of 2022 going forward.


How do I renew my Short Term Rental License?

   Short term Rental licensing expires on May 31st each year. To renew your license, visit your business center by logging into the website, and your renewal will be available in the Open Tasks area when renewals are issued for processing. 

STRs are NOT auto Renewed. They will be available May 1st of each year. If submitted for renewal after May 31st, renewals will be subject to late fees. 

Effective June 1st, 2023 there will be no parking permits for STR guests. Only 2 types of parking permits will be offered Interstate, Residential, and Commercial. STR guests will be subject to overnight parking rates if they park if overnight town lots, for additional information please see: Parking Information

I need to close my account. What do I do?
Please email the town at str@townofdillon.com. Please include the account number, owner name, closure date, and reason you are closing the account.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
From the Log In page, click the "Forgot your password" link and follow the instructions that will be e-mailed to the User's registered e-mail address.
